Of all the events I do this by far the best, expertly organised and full of fun for everybody.Oodles to eat, too . . . Posted by Duncan on 08 May 2013 Hiya Poolewe! Looking forward hopping over the heather and swimmin' the bogs again in August. Brill day every year! Keep on keeping it country, GWC. Posted by Casa, Edinburgh on 20 April 2013 The Way Forward We are delighted that GWC are introducing online entry this year, so much more efficient and cheaper than postal version. We also will be taking up the option of an online fundraising page which will enable us to painlessly approach all our relatives and friends. No hiding place now for them!! Posted by Marnie and Tom on 19 April 2013 Great Decision We are delighted that the original 13 mile race is to be reinstated this year. A much more interesting route with fantastic scenery all the way, even THE BAD BOG mid-way has been missed - nearly! Posted by Curly & Crew on 16 January 2013 Now I Know On 18th August, while ascending Ruadh Stac Mor, I saw various walkers and runners coming from the Shenavall direction - was I hallucinating? An hour later, I arrived at A'Mhaighdean summit ( my 150th Munro)and lo and behold I saw more figures crossing the causeway at Carnmore! Days later I googled "Great Wilderness" and came across this website, which reassured me I was not seeing sprites and goblins that day!! Posted by Gordon Parfitt on 06 September 2012 Great Wilderness Challenge My thanks to Mairi & Roddy for their help recently. I'm trying to raise the profile of the GWC via Twitter and my other contacts Posted by Tim Nicholls on 28 March 2009 View All Posts, Ever! (Could be a long page!)
