Sadly two of our most popular participants have passed away in recent weeks – Charlie McAlinden from Aviemore and Sheena Maclean from Naast, Poolewe. Both possessed a wonderful joie-de-vivre so obvious to everybody they came in contact with, courageous beyond words. Our sympathy goes to Charlie’s family and to Murdo, Sheena’s husband and our fellow GWC committee member, and their extended families.
