Sadly Jim, an ever-present GWC supporter, passed away on 21st November after a short illness. Jim took part as a walker in the first 4 years of the Challenge, following which he became a marshal, first at Checkpoint 5 on the 25 mile route, then at Fionn Loch B on the Aultbea route. He also marshalled at the Ullapool and Kintail events. Will be sadly missed by us all.
