The "KC Gang" completed the 18 and 8 mile walks. Many sore limbs but warmer hearts. Love to do it again. Other than that the experience was fantastic, interesting and friendly folk to walk along side and the sound of the pipes to draw us back to spendid refreshments. Our S&L Young Carers team were led home by our 2 young carers taking part - well done boys! It was like running on a giant soggy mattress full of muddy holes! Apart from that, it was an amazing run with some fabulous scenery, particularly over the Bealach. Well done to the organisers. Another great day out, with plenty of nosh at the end. Three cheers to all Posted by Angus Maciver on 22 August 2011 | ![]() |
