Congratulations to Kenny Riddle, Inverness who recently became a world champion at the ITU Duathlon World Championships, held this year in Edinburgh. Kenny, a 4-times winner of the GWC 25 mile race, came home a clear winner in the 45-49 age category, over two and a half minutes ahead of his nearest challengers. The race consisted of a 10k run, a 40k cycle and a 5k run. His total time of 2:06:15 saw him finish in an amazing 8th position overall in a field of 842 starters.
