The 4th annual Slioch Horseshoe hill race survived monsoon conditions on Saturday (21st May), a complete contrast to the balmy weather enjoyed for the first three. A record total of 155 runners took part in what was a Scottish Championship counter this year. Winner was Kenny Richmond (Bellahouston Harriers) while Jasmin Paris (Carnethy) was 1st Lady. Well done to all concerned in organising a  formidable hill race which has quickly become a classic.
